The B+S BLACK BT-SB4 is a heavy-duty 4 burner gas stove on stand built for busy commercial kitchens. 4 independently controlled 31MJ Italian-made burners in a compact 600mm footprint, making it a practical choice for restaurants, cafés, catering kitchens, and food prep operations where output matters.
Each burner is fitted with a multi-setting gas valve for precise flame control, so your chefs can move easily between a rolling boil and a gentle simmer without fighting the controls. Flame failure is included as standard on every unit, which automatically cuts the gas if the flame goes out.
The burners and two-piece burner heads are fully removable for cleaning, and the pressed stainless steel spillage tray underneath catches drips and fat before they become a problem. Everything is designed to be pulled apart quickly, wiped down, and put back in place. This model is on display in our showroom in Sydney
