The B+S Black BT-SB2-CBR3 combines two powerful open burners with a 300mm char broiler in one compact 600mm-wide commercial cooking unit. It is a versatile choice for restaurants, cafés, pubs, steak houses and takeaway kitchens that need to boil, pan-fry and char grill from the same cooking line.
With Italian-made open burners, heavy-duty cast iron J-grates and a stainless steel U-burner under the char broiler, this unit is built for busy commercial kitchens where strong heat output, flexible cooking and easy cleaning are important.
The BT-SB2-CBR3 is designed for kitchens that need multiple cooking methods without using extra floor space.
The two open burners are ideal for pots, frying pans and saucepans, while the 300mm char broiler gives you a dedicated high-heat grilling surface for steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood and vegetables.
You can also choose whether the open burners are positioned on the left or right side, allowing the unit to better suit your kitchen layout and cooking workflow.
The heavy-duty J-grates can be positioned flat or inclined depending on the type of food being cooked and the preferred grilling setup.
The cast iron construction is suited to commercial grilling, while the radiant hoods help distribute heat across the cooking surface.
The stainless steel body and frame are designed for demanding commercial environments, while removable burners and spillage trays make daily cleaning more manageable.
