The Yasaki B10KG is a compact commercial planetary mixer suited to cafés, bakeries, restaurants and smaller food preparation areas. Its 10-litre stainless steel bowl and three-speed gearbox make it useful for mixing dough, cake batter, sauces, cream and other everyday ingredients.
