The Yasaki HRM-20 Tilting Head Dough Mixer is built for commercial kitchens that need reliable dough production without taking up excessive floor space. With a maximum 10kg dough capacity and output of up to 48kg per hour, it is well suited to bakeries, pizzerias, cafés and restaurants producing pizza dough, bread and other yeast-based doughs throughout the day.
Its tilting head and removable 17L stainless steel bowl make loading dough and removing finished batches much easier, while the heavy-duty gear-driven system provides dependable mixing for regular commercial use.
The tilting head is particularly useful in busy kitchens where multiple batches need to be prepared throughout the day. Instead of working around a fixed mixing assembly, the head can be raised to give better access to the bowl.
Combined with the removable bowl, this makes it easier to remove heavy dough, clean the mixer and prepare for the next batch. For bakeries and pizza shops producing dough repeatedly, this can make the everyday workflow noticeably more convenient.
The Yasaki HRM-20 is a practical choice for:
Its 10kg maximum dough capacity makes it particularly suitable for businesses that need commercial dough production but do not require the size or output of a larger industrial mixer.
