1. Australia-Wide Delivery

We deliver commercial kitchen equipment across all metro and regional areas in Australia, including:

• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth

• Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Hobart, Darwin

• Regional NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA & NT

Fast shipping available – Delivery timeframes depend on stock availability, product type, and your location.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• In-stock items: Usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, delivery to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne Metros 1 ~ 3 Days, to regional regions, Perth, Darwin 5 ~ 10 Days

• Custom or bulky items: May take 7–14 business days or longer, depending on the scope of delivery required.

• You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Delivery Access

It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery site:

• Is accessible by truck or tailgate service

• Has clear paths to receive bulky equipment: Check door width and height for units to go through. 

• Is attended by someone who can inspect and sign for the delivery

Please advise us in advance of stairs, narrow entries, or site restrictions.

4. Receiving Delivery

• Someone must be available to sign for the goods at time of delivery.

• Inspect all items immediately upon arrival.

• If you notice damage or missing items, notify us within 24 hours with photos.

5. Delivery is to Kerbside Only

Standard delivery is kerbside only (ground level). Wheel-in, unpack, position and rubbish removal services are also available with prior discussion.

• If you require inside delivery, upstairs delivery, or unpacking/positioning – extra fees apply. Please contact us before placing your order.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

• Unavailable recipient

• Unsafe/unreachable site

• Wrong address given

Then a re-delivery fee may apply.

7. Installation Not Included

Unless specified, delivery does not include installation, assembly, or plumbing. Please organise a qualified technician for your equipment setup. This installation may be required for ice machines, electric equipment requiring 3 phase connection, gas equipment, dishwashers and few more. Other than these equipment, you don’t have to worry too much about it. Most of our equipment is plug-in models that you just need to plug in power and use.
