The Woodson W.BMA26 Large Bain Marie is a high-capacity wet-heat food holding unit built for commercial kitchens that demand reliability, consistency and extra serving space. Made in Australia using durable double-skinned stainless steel with a smooth satin finish, this model fits GN pans up to 100mm deep across a generous 2-row, 6-bay layout, giving you room to hold a wide variety of soups, curries, sauces, vegetables and pre-cooked dishes. The W.BMA26 delivers fast and even heat thanks to its multiple heating elements and precise in-tank temperature probes. Temperature can be easily controlled between 70°C and 80°C, with a clear gauge for quick monitoring. The air-insulated tank boosts heating efficiency, while the sloped base and ball-valve drain make emptying and cleaning simple and hygienic. Tough, dependable and made for everyday service, this bain marie is ideal for restaurants, cafés, caterers and buffet-style setups wanting maximum capacity with proven performance.

Standard delivery is kerbside drop-off with tailgate service, delivered to ground level or a loading dock. This does not include unpacking, installation, stairs or moving the unit inside unless arranged before dispatch.
