Its electronic timer automatically raises the basket when the set cooking time ends, helping reduce overcooking while staff attend to other tasks. The digital display makes it easy to check the remaining time, and the 11L oil capacity suits cafés, takeaway shops and commercial kitchens preparing chips, snacks and fried sides. Designed and manufactured in Australia, this benchtop fryer includes one basket, a 200mm-deep pan and lid. An integrated drain tap and tilting element assembly make oil changes and cleaning more convenient.

Power Connection and Installation

The Woodson W.FRSA110 requires a 20A single-phase power outlet and comes fitted with a 20A plug and lead. Its total connection load is 4.8kW, so check your kitchen’s power supply before ordering. A standard 10A household outlet or 15A outlet is not suitable. Have a licensed electrician confirm the fryer’s plug configuration, install a matching socket if needed, and check that the circuit can support the load. Circuit protection and cable sizing must be determined for your installation.

Delivery Information

Standard delivery is kerbside drop-off with tailgate service, delivered to ground level or a loading dock. This does not include unpacking, installation, stairs or moving the unit inside unless arranged before dispatch.
