The convective thermal air-flow system and submerged heating elements provide even heat distribution and stable humidity, ensuring your food stays warm, appetising and ready to plate. Halogen heating lamps illuminate food under a warm, natural glow, while the ambient storage cabinet underneath provides extra space for plates, utensils and supplies. With its full stainless-steel construction, smooth-edge design and castors for easy mobility, the PG210FE-XG is durable, practical and simple to clean. The analogue temperature control with indicator light and display lets you fine-tune the heat from 35 °C to 85 °C, making it perfect for all kinds of hot menu items.
