The Eswood UT20P is a heavy-duty commercial pot washer designed for kitchens that need to clean bulky cookware, trays and utensils faster than manual washing. Its 540mm clear opening suits pots, pans, mixing bowls, bun pans, tote boxes, standard Australian baking trays and other large kitchen items.
Powerful top and bottom wash systems use high-volume pumps and concentrated water jets to strip away baked-on food and heavy soil, helping reduce soaking and hand scrubbing. Wash jet balancing also helps protect utensils during cleaning.
This makes the UT20P particularly useful for bakeries, restaurants, hotels, catering kitchens and food production sites where large cookware creates a bottleneck in the wash area.
