The DITO SAMA PREP4YOU P4U-PS3S is a compact commercial cutter mixer designed for chopping, blending, mixing and emulsifying ingredients quickly and consistently. Its 3.6-litre stainless steel bowl provides extra capacity for busy restaurants, cafés, caterers and institutional kitchens preparing sauces, dips, purées, dressings and finely chopped ingredients. A special movement inside the bowl helps circulate ingredients through the blade path for more even processing. The pulse function gives operators greater control over coarse chopping, while the ergonomic scraper helps bring ingredients back towards the blades for a consistent result.
