Designed for commercial kitchens, cafés, restaurants, and catering environments, it fits neatly under a custom stainless steel bench — saving space while maintaining perfect serving temperatures. Equipped with a fan-forced heating system, this 4-module hot cupboard delivers even heat distribution, faster warm-up times, and energy-efficient operation. The digital temperature controller allows precise adjustments between +65 °C and +90 °C, keeping meals safely within HACCP standards. Built from 304-grade stainless steel with a No.4 finish, the CH.HC.U.4 features double-skinned, air-insulated panels to reduce external heat transfer, ensuring both energy savings and safety in busy kitchen environments. Dual top-mounted easy-glide doors on both sides provide smooth access while eliminating bottom tracks — reducing dirt traps for easier cleaning and hygiene compliance. Supplied with two chrome-plated wire shelves per door, the Culinaire CH.HC.U.4 is a professional-grade, space-saving under-bench plate warmer built for long-term reliability in any high-volume kitchen.
