With flat plates on the left and ribbed plates on the right, this versatile grill lets you cook different foods at the same time while delivering consistent, professional results. The flat cast iron plates provide maximum heat contact for fast, even cooking – ideal for eggs, wraps, toasties, and delicate items. On the ribbed side, grease and fat are channelled away from the food for healthier cooking, while leaving those attractive just-grilled branding lines that customers love. Independent temperature controls and digital timers for each side give you total control, ensuring perfect cooking every time. The counter-balanced top plates adapt to the thickness of your food, and the rapid heat-up plus short recovery times mean you can keep orders flowing during peak hours. A removable drip tray makes cleaning simple – just slide it out, empty, and place in the dishwasher. The heavy-duty stainless steel build and cast iron plates are built to handle the demands of a commercial kitchen.
