The independent temperature controls for each plate allow you to cook different menu items at the same time without compromising quality. A built-in digital timer and alarm ensures precision, helping to reduce the risk of overcooking during peak service. The counter-balanced ribbed plates provide even pressure, faster cooking times, and leave food with those professional just-grilled branding lines customers love. The ribbed surface also channels grease away for healthier cooking while keeping the plates cleaner between orders. For easy cleaning, the grill features a removable drip tray that collects excess grease – simply remove, empty, and wash (dishwasher safe). A commercial grill scraper is included so you can maintain the plates in top condition throughout the day.
