The Woodson WI.HBCT.1L.3500 is a 3.5kW large induction hob designed for restaurants, cafés, catering kitchens, food trucks and commercial food service venues that need extra pan capacity. With a larger cooking area suitable for pans from 120mm to 360mm diameter, it is ideal for oversized pots, larger frypans and high-volume cooking tasks where a standard induction hob may feel too small.
The high impact SCHOTT CERAN glass ceramic surface is durable, easy to clean and designed for use with induction-compatible cookware. Operators can choose from 10 precise power levels or set the temperature from 60°C to 240°C, giving better control for boiling, simmering, sautéing, reheating and finishing dishes.
This large countertop induction cooktop also includes a clear LED display, timer control from 1 to 180 minutes, automatic pan detection, automatic shutdown and ducted twin cooling fans for reliable performance during demanding service. It is a practical option for kitchens wanting strong 15 amp induction cooking power with a larger pan zone.Standard delivery is kerbside drop-off with tailgate service, delivered to ground level or a loading dock. This does not include unpacking, installation, stairs or moving the unit inside unless arranged before dispatch.
