The Williams WMBC90 is a heavy-duty roll-in blast chiller designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, hospitals, catering facilities and food production operations.
It can chill up to 90kg of hot food from +90°C to +3°C in approximately 90 minutes, helping improve food safety while preserving texture, flavour and overall product quality.
