The True TCR1/3-CL-SS-DL-DR-DR is a heavy-duty three door under counter fridge designed for busy commercial kitchens that need organised, easy-to-access refrigerated storage directly beneath the workbench.
Its 1/1 GN-compatible storage system allows chefs to use the supplied wire shelves or gastronorm pans, making it practical for holding prepared ingredients close to cooking and preparation areas. With a durable stainless steel worktop and a wide 1865mm cabinet, it also provides valuable additional workspace.
The fully front-breathing refrigeration system requires no clearance at the rear or sides, giving you greater flexibility when installing the fridge between equipment, against walls or beneath a continuous bench. It maintains temperatures between 0.5°C and 3.3°C in ambient conditions up to 40°C.
Each refrigerated section includes dual tray slides and two wire shelves. The slides can support 1/1 GN pans up to 100mm deep or the supplied wire shelving.
Smaller gastronorm pans can be used when supported inside a suitable 1/1 GN pan or placed on the wire shelves. Gastronorm pans and trays are sold separately.
