The True Refrigeration T-49-HC is a heavy-duty two door upright fridge designed for commercial kitchens that need generous, dependable chilled storage. With a 914L net capacity, eight adjustable shelves and two full-height solid doors, it provides organised storage for ingredients, prepared food, beverages and bulk supplies.
The factory-balanced refrigeration system maintains cabinet temperatures between 0.5°C and 3.3°C, even in ambient temperatures up to 40°C. Its bottom-mounted condensing unit is positioned for easier maintenance and places the compressor in a cooler, less grease-prone area of the kitchen.
Built with a stainless steel front, aluminium interior and stainless steel floor, the T-49-HC is made for demanding restaurants, hotels, clubs, cafés, catering kitchens and other high-volume foodservice operations.
