The Thermaster GN3100DT provides refrigerated and frozen storage in one space-saving commercial workbench. With a large 314-litre refrigerator compartment and a separate 124-litre convertible freezer compartment, it gives restaurants, cafés, takeaways and catering kitchens convenient access to chilled and frozen ingredients from a single unit.
Each compartment has an independent cooling system for precise temperature control. The refrigerator operates from -2°C to +8°C, while the freezer operates from -22°C to -18°C. When extra chilled storage is needed, the freezer compartment can be converted to refrigerator operation at the touch of a button.
The refrigerator doors can be replaced with sets of two drawers, allowing frequently used ingredients to be organised for faster access. The freezer door can also be changed to either a two-drawer or three-drawer configuration. Optional drawer sets are available separately.
