The Thermaster GN2100DT combines refrigerated and frozen storage in one compact stainless steel workbench. It is a practical choice for restaurants, cafés, takeaway shops and other busy commercial kitchens that need quick access to chilled and frozen ingredients without installing two separate units.
Each 124 litre compartment has an independent cooling system. The left compartment operates as a refrigerator from -2°C to +8°C, while the other operates from -22°C to -18°C and can be converted from a freezer to a refrigerator at the touch of a button. The 1360 mm wide benchtop also provides valuable preparation space in kitchens where every metre counts.
The GN2100DT can be adapted to suit your kitchen workflow. The refrigerator door can be replaced with a set of two drawers. The freezer compartment can be fitted with either two or three drawers, making frequently used ingredients easier to organise and access.
