Serve two flavours or a classic twist from one compact benchtop machine. The Taylor C161 is a twin barrel soft serve freezer designed for cafés, takeaway shops, burger shops, dessert bars and food venues wanting to add a higher-output dessert option without taking up too much floor space.
With two freezing cylinders and two refrigerated mix hoppers, this machine can produce up to 190 serves per hour, making it suitable for busy venues selling cones, cups, sundaes, yoghurt, sorbet, frozen desserts and thick shakes. Each hopper is maintained below 5°C in Auto and Standby modes to help keep mix at safe holding temperatures.
The C161 runs on a standard single phase 10 Amp GPO, making installation easier for many commercial food businesses. Taylor’s Softech™ controls monitor product viscosity to help maintain consistent finished product quality throughout service.
