Designed for high-volume cafés, sandwich bars, pizzerias, takeaway shops and commercial kitchens, it combines refrigerated ingredient storage, a full-width preparation board and space for up to four GN 1/1 pans.
The powerful fan-assisted cooling system helps maintain consistent temperatures between -2°C and +8°C, even when the doors are opened regularly during service. A full-length square glass sneeze guard protects ingredients in assisted-service areas, while the stainless steel construction and automatic defrost system make everyday cleaning and maintenance easier.
The refrigerated cabinet provides 476L of usable internal storage, with one adjustable shelf behind each door. Mounted castors also make the unit easier to reposition for cleaning or servicing.
This prep fridge is intended for holding ingredients in active use during food preparation. For correct operation and defrosting, the unit must be switched off once per day.
