The Polar GL180-A is a heavy-duty upright bakery fridge designed for bakeries, patisseries, cafés and commercial kitchens that need reliable chilled storage for standard 600 x 400mm bakery trays. With capacity for up to 20 trays and 18 trays recommended, it provides plenty of room for pastries, dough, cakes and other chilled bakery products during busy production.
Built for demanding kitchen conditions, it can operate in ambient temperatures up to 43°C. Forced-air cooling helps maintain consistent cabinet temperatures, while the self-closing reversible door and heavy-duty castors make everyday use, cleaning and positioning easier.
Bakery trays are sold separately. Shelves are not included.
