With an easy-to-use design and superb quality construction, the Polar U-Series Premium double door refrigerator makes for a great addition to the busy commercial kitchen. Designed to work in ambient temperatures of up to 43°C, this fridge performs in even the most demanding kitchen environments – helping to keep your produce fresh and reduce food waste. The Premium range features intelligent controls that allow you to quickly change settings between meat (-2°C to +2°C), fish (-1°C to +1°C) and general storage (+1°C to +4°C) at the touch of a button – a great option for kitchens with seasonal menu items. The generous 920 litre net capacity allows you to store a large amount of perfectly chilled produce. An anti-tilt, E-shaped shelf enables shelving units and gastronorm pans to be kept simultaneously. The powerful forced air cooling system provides effective and reliable storage, even when the door is opened regularly as in most busy kitchens. The fridge also includes energy efficient LED lighting and advanced insulation, meaning that running costs are kept down, whilst also offering great stock visibility. Constructed from 304 stainless steel both inside and out, the fridge is easy to clean and highly durable. Heavy duty castors allow you to easily move the fridge during cleaning, storage, or renovations. The double door fridge also features lockable, vertical-handled doors that help to keep your ingredients safe, secure, and easy to access when required.
