The Polar G609-A countertop prep fridge is designed for pizzerias, sandwich shops, cafés and salad bars that need chilled ingredients organised and close to the prep area. With space for up to 7 x 1/4 GN pans, it gives staff quick access to toppings, fillings and garnishes during busy service.
Fan-assisted cooling helps maintain consistent temperatures and recover quickly after frequent access, while the glass screen helps protect ingredients from contamination. Digital controls, removable GN pans and an easy-clean design make it practical for everyday commercial use.
