The Polar DL899-A is a heavy-duty single door upright fridge designed for restaurants, cafés, catering kitchens and other busy food businesses that need reliable chilled storage with frequent door access. Its 600L gross capacity and 395L net capacity provide practical storage for ingredients, prepared food and GN-compatible containers without taking up the footprint of a double-door cabinet.
Forced-air cooling helps the fridge recover temperature quickly during service, while the tropical-rated refrigeration system is suitable for ambient temperatures up to 43°C. A self-closing lockable door, digital controls and front-braking castors also make the unit practical for everyday commercial use.
