Product Description

Keep large, clear ice cubes ready for drinks service with the Manitowoc Sotto UGP050A gourmet ice maker. Its 20g cubes suit bars, restaurants and cafés where presentation matters. Producing approximately 57kg per day at 21°C air and 10°C water temperatures, it combines daily production with a built-in 14kg storage bin. The integrated bin lets staff draw from an ice reserve during busy periods while the machine continues producing. At 550mm wide and 550mm deep, the cabinet suits undercounter locations with suitable height and ventilation clearance. A stainless steel exterior provides a durable finish for commercial use.
