With two 15kW induction wok rings, this free-standing unit is ideal for Asian restaurants, takeaway kitchens, food courts and high-volume venues wanting strong wok performance without open flames.
Designed with a heavy-duty 1.5mm thick stainless steel cooking deck, digital LED controls and 11-stage adjustable power settings, the IWOK-2 gives chefs precise heat control during busy service. It also includes enhanced safety features such as no flame operation, overheating protection, overvoltage protection and auto-shutdown after 4 hours of inactivity.
