Large, premium drinks can quickly lose their flavour when ordinary ice melts too fast. The Hoshizaki IM-65NE-LM large cube ice maker produces crystal-clear 58 × 48 × 48mm cubes that melt slowly, helping cocktails, spirits and other premium beverages stay colder with less dilution.
Producing up to 33kg of ice per day with approximately 26kg of built-in storage, it gives bars, restaurants, hotels and clubs a dependable supply during service.
