The Gasmax single hole wok burner is a compact, heavy-duty wok station designed for commercial kitchens that need powerful wok cooking without continuous water cooling. With its smart air-gap cooling system, stainless steel construction and one-piece pressed wok top, this unit is built for busy takeaway shops, Asian restaurants, noodle bars and food court kitchens where space, heat output and easy cleaning matter.
