With an 800mm wide body and reversible cast iron grills, this gas chargrill gives chefs more room to cook meat, fish, vegetables and grilled menu items during peak service. The grills can reach up to 400°C, helping seal the surface of food quickly while keeping the inside juicy and full of flavour.
