The Cookrite ATMG-36 is a heavy-duty 910mm commercial gas griddle built for busy restaurants, cafés, takeaway shops and catering kitchens that need a large, reliable cooking surface for continuous service.
With a generous 900 x 525mm cooking area, it gives chefs plenty of room to cook burgers, bacon, eggs, steaks, seafood and other high-volume menu items at the same time. Independent burner controls allow different sections of the plate to be managed separately, helping improve cooking consistency during busy periods.
Built from durable stainless steel and fitted with a removable drip tray, the ATMG-36 is designed for everyday commercial use while keeping cleaning and maintenance straightforward.
Its wide cooking surface is especially useful where several orders need to be cooked simultaneously without stepping up to a full freestanding griddle.
