Its two independently operated upper plates let staff grill different foods or manage separate orders across the large cooking surface, reducing waiting times and preventing bottlenecks during peak service. It is ideal for quickly preparing toasted sandwiches, paninis, wraps, vegetables and suitable meats with consistent browning.
