The Benchstar IF7000D-AL is a double-tank commercial induction fryer designed to improve cooking consistency while reducing the need for constant supervision. Each basket automatically lifts from the oil when its programmed cooking cycle finishes, helping prevent overcooking during busy service periods.
With two independently operated 8-litre tanks, precise touchscreen controls and five programmable cooking settings, staff can prepare different foods at the same time while maintaining consistent cooking temperatures and results. It is ideal for takeaway shops, restaurants, cafés, food courts and other high-volume commercial kitchens.
Each basket automatically rises when the cooking timer finishes, helping staff achieve more consistent results without having to watch every batch closely.
