Its digital controller allows precise temperature adjustment from +15°C to -22°C in 1°C increments. The insulated “hold the cold” drawer design helps retain cold air when opened, while low-velocity cooling maintains stable temperatures and humidity to help reduce food dehydration and spoilage.
