As a rough guide, 8oz (240ml) holds sauces, sides and desserts. 16oz (470ml) suits soups and small meals, and 20oz (590ml) suits larger soups and curries. For rice, pasta and salads, look at 500ml to 750ml. Choose 1000ml to 1500ml for big meals and meal prep. If in doubt, size up so lids close properly.
Many of our round containers are sold as bases, so add the matching lid to your order. A good fit stops leaks during delivery and keeps food fresh.
Kraft paper and sugarcane are popular with venues that want to use less plastic. Foam (expanded polystyrene) food containers are banned in NSW, Victoria, Queensland and other states, so choose paper, sugarcane or plastic alternatives. Rules differ by state, so check the latest rules where you trade.
