The True Refrigeration TGN-1R-1S is a heavy-duty single door upright fridge designed for commercial kitchens that need reliable chilled storage, precise temperature control and flexible gastronorm pan compatibility.
Built to operate in ambient temperatures up to 40°C, this commercial upright fridge is well suited to busy restaurants, cafés, hotels, clubs, catering kitchens and other demanding foodservice environments. Its unique dual tray-slide system can accommodate supplied wire shelves or double-size 2/1 GN pans, helping kitchen staff organise ingredients efficiently and make better use of the cabinet space.
The energy-efficient R290 refrigeration system maintains food-safe holding temperatures between 0.5°C and 3.3°C, while the bottom-mounted refrigeration unit operates in the cooler, less greasy area of the kitchen. A digital controller provides accurate temperature management throughout service.
