The Sammic KE-4V Compact Ultra Variable Speed Cutter-Mixer is built for commercial kitchens that need more control over chopping, blending, emulsifying and mixing.
Its wide 300 to 3000 RPM variable speed range allows you to adjust the machine to suit different ingredients and textures, while the powerful 1100W brushless motor delivers efficient performance with less noise than a conventional motor. With a compact footprint and 4.4L bowl, it is well suited to restaurants, cafés, catering kitchens and food preparation areas where bench space is valuable.
