The Sammic Compact 4.4L Vertical Cutter-Mixer is a versatile food preparation machine for restaurants, cafés, catering kitchens and food production businesses that need fast, consistent chopping and mixing without taking up too much bench space.
With an 800W motor running at 1500 RPM, it can process up to 2.5kg of product or 2.4L of liquid at a time. The high central shaft and lateral stirrer help circulate ingredients through the bowl, producing a finer and more even result when chopping, mixing, emulsifying or preparing sauces and fillings.
Its 4.4L Tritan™ bowl is BPA-free, highly resistant and dishwasher safe, while built-in safety microswitches on both the bowl and lid help protect operators during everyday commercial use.
