Different ingredients can benefit from different cutting speeds. The CA-2V allows the operator to adjust the motor between 300 and 1000 RPM, helping deliver more suitable results across soft, firm and delicate products.
Lower speeds may be useful where more control is required, while higher speeds help increase productivity during demanding preparation periods.
Sammic’s exclusive Force Control System helps maintain more uniform processing pressure, supporting consistent cut quality across each batch.
This can help busy kitchens improve:
Despite its production capacity, the Sammic CA-2V has a compact bench footprint. The side product outlet can be set to eject ingredients to either the left or right, making it easier to position collection containers and fit the machine into an existing prep area.
This flexibility is especially useful in kitchens where space and workflow efficiency are important.
With the appropriate cutting discs, the CA-2V can be used to prepare ingredients such as:
It can support slicing, grating, julienne, dicing and other preparation tasks depending on the selected disc.
The Sammic CA-2V works with a comprehensive range of compatible cutting discs, allowing up to 35 different cuts and grating grades.
An ejection disc is included. Other cutting discs may be sold separately, so confirm which discs are required for your menu before ordering.
The machine includes a three-point safety system covering the head, cover and operating switch. A built-in error-warning system also helps alert operators to setup or operating issues.
