The Meiko Upster H500 is a commercial pass through dishwasher designed to keep plates, glasses and kitchenware moving through busy restaurants, cafés, hotels, clubs, aged care facilities and catering kitchens. Using standard 500 × 500mm racks, it can process up to 40 racks per hour on its shortest cycle.
3 wash programs allow staff to select a 90, 150 or 240-second cycle according to the load and level of soiling. The generous 440mm entry height provides room for larger plates, trays and other commercial kitchenware.
Automatic program start and MIKE electronic controls support straightforward daily operation. The machine also includes an infrared interface for wireless communication, a drain pump, a booster pump and automatic self-cleaning when the wash tank is drained.
Built-in detergent and rinse aid dosing pumps connect to chemical containers through supplied suction lances. The final rinse uses 3 litres of fresh water per cycle, while the wash tank maintains a 60°C operating temperature and the boiler heats rinse water to 83°C.| Specification | Details |
