The LUA-300 Hibachi Charcoal Grill is a compact, heavy-duty cooking solution for restaurants, cafés, catering businesses and commercial kitchens. Its wide stainless steel body provides a practical grilling area for meat, seafood, skewers and vegetables, while the adjustable air vents help operators control the heat and flame during service.
Built from high-quality AISI stainless steel, the grill features a 1.5mm thick stainless steel body and top for reliable commercial use. The food-grade woven stainless steel cooking mesh provides a durable grilling surface, while the timber handles offer safer and more comfortable handling.
The grill is lined with 40mm thick alumina fire bricks, providing excellent heat resistance and protection against thermal shock, corrosion and abrasion. This helps retain heat efficiently and supports consistent charcoal cooking.
