With 7 colour coded boards included, staff can easily separate raw meat, raw fish, poultry, fruit and veg, cooked meat, dairy and allergen prep, helping reduce the risk of cross-contamination during daily service.
Each board is made from high density, non-toxic and non-absorbent material, making it a tough option for restaurants, cafés, catering kitchens, takeaway shops and food production areas. The thick 25mm profile gives each board a solid feel on the bench and helps protect work surfaces from juices, oils and food residue during prep.
The set also comes with a sturdy steel rack for neat storage and quick access, plus a wall chart so your staff can easily identify the correct board for each task. For best care, hand wash where possible using a non-chlorinated cleaning solution.
