The Brice SLC300A semi-automatic meat slicer is a heavy-duty, gear-driven slicer built for busy commercial kitchens that need reliable, consistent slicing every day. Ideal for hotels, restaurants, caterers, medium to large kitchens, and delicatessens, this machine is designed to take the hard work out of slicing high volumes of meat and other food products. Powered by two high-performance fan-cooled motors, the SLC300A delivers strong, dependable performance for continuous daily use. The blade motor transfers drive through a robust gear set directly to the blade, giving this unit the power needed for demanding commercial applications. Its semi-automatic operation and variable speed carriage help staff work faster while maintaining control over slice quality and presentation. The large-capacity meat carriage makes it easy to handle larger products such as champagne ham, soccer ball ham, roasts, and silverside. With a slicing speed of 45 to 100 slices per minute, operators can adjust the carriage speed to suit different products and achieve accurate, even slicing across a wide range of food items.
