The Apuro J300-A 6L commercial rice cooker is a practical choice for busy takeaways, canteens, restaurants, food courts and catering kitchens that need to prepare large batches of rice with consistent results.
It can cook up to 6 litres of dry rice, producing approximately 13 litres of cooked rice or up to 52 portions per batch. Once cooking is complete, the unit automatically switches to keep-warm mode, helping hold rice at a suitable serving temperature without the need for constant supervision.
The heavy-duty non-stick inner pot helps prevent rice from sticking or burning, while the removable condensation collector reduces water dripping around the work area.
