The Apuro CN324-A commercial rice cooker helps busy restaurants, takeaways and caterers prepare large quantities of fluffy, evenly cooked rice with minimal supervision. With a 4.2-litre dry rice capacity producing up to 10 litres of cooked rice, it is ideal for Asian restaurants, Indian restaurants, buffet service, event catering and other high-volume food businesses.
Simply add the measured rice and water, switch the cooker on and let it handle the rest. Once cooking is complete, the unit automatically changes to keep-warm mode, helping maintain rice at a ready-to-serve temperature for up to six hours. This reduces the need for constant monitoring and allows kitchen staff to focus on other preparation tasks.
