Product Description

Keep chilled or frozen ingredients directly where your chefs need them with this compact refrigerated drawer. Its adjustable temperature range allows the same unit to operate as either a chiller or freezer, making it ideal for restaurants, cafés, hotels, bakeries and other busy commercial kitchens.

The Adande VCC1 provides precise temperature control from +15°C to -22°C in 1°C increments. This allows you to store everything from fresh produce and dairy products to meat, seafood and frozen ingredients within one versatile refrigeration system.

Adande’s insulated drawer design helps hold cold air inside when the drawer is opened. Low-velocity cooling maintains stable temperatures and humidity while reducing food dehydration, helping ingredients stay in better condition for longer and minimising unnecessary food waste.

The removable insulated bin makes cleaning and stock rotation easier, while external drawer runners help prevent food debris from entering the operating mechanism. A condensate burn-off tray also removes the need for a separate waste connection.

Installation Note

The unit must be installed level, with a maximum fall of 5mm towards the rear.

Standard delivery is kerbside drop-off with tailgate service, delivered to ground level or a loading dock. This does not include unpacking, installation, stairs or moving the unit inside unless arranged before dispatch.
