How to Choose Stainless Steel Kitchen Bench

For most commercial kitchens, 600 or 700 mm deep benches give plenty of prep space without crowding the walkway. Measure your area and allow at least 900 mm clearance in front for staff movement. We stock various dimensions between 300 and 2400mm width and between 600 and 800mm depth. 304-grade stainless steel is the premium option for commercial food service. It’s corrosion-resistant, hygienic, and suitable for wet areas like sinks or dishwashing zones. 430-grade is more affordable and works well for dry prep or storage areas. Nearly all of our steel benches are made of 304 grade premium stainless steel. Lastly, our stainless benches are available on wheels and with splashback, drawers, and just plain flat top.
