Helpful Tips!
Before logging warranty call with us, please ensure the below
- condenser filter is being kept in clean condition
- No obstruction gets in the way of ventilation around unit’s condensing compartment
- unit is not exposed to direct heat source such as oven or baking equipment
- surrounding environment is not hot or humid
Possible troubleshooting to rectify temperature and water leaking related issues
- Please leave off units for about 1 hour to max 1 day to cool down or defrost and turn it back on.
