Storage Chest freezers are designed to store large quantity of frozen stocks. They come with sliding glass doors or solid doors on top. Can commercial freezers handle Australia’s climate?

Yes, All our freezer models are designed to withstand high ambient temperatures, making them suitable for Australia’s hot conditions. However, please note most of our freezers are made to be used indoor, not outdoor. Some tropical grade models can be used at the high temperature of up to 43 degrees, while most of freezers can only perform optimally at the temperature 38 degrees or lower.

Do commercial freezers come with a warranty?

Yes, Most of our models come with 2 years warranty on parts and labour, whereas some brands offer extended warranty on their products. Turbo air Australia offers 3 years, and Atosa and Thermaster offer 2 years on labour and 4 years on parts, while True Australia offers 5 years warranty on both parts and labour.
